The University of Minnesota has announced that rapping sensation Iggy Azalea and Ohio indie rock band Walk The Moon will be performing at their 2014 homecoming event to be held at the TCF Bank Stadium on October 17th.
The crowd of freshmen cheered loudly when Iggy Azalea’s name appeared on the jumbo screen as Student Unions were announcing the activities for the Homecoming Event day, The Minnesota Daily reports.
Tickets for new and current students will be priced at $20 and will, reportedly, go on sale before general admission tickets, which is set to be priced at $40. Sales kicks off September 9th.
