Just Monday, Rita Ora was tweeting about gathering some friends for a new “Lady Marmalade”. The singer tweeted she’d like to have Iggy Azalea, Charli XCX and Miley Cyrus as companions for the cover, but well, Iggy Azalea may have crushed her (and why not our?) dreams.
Right after a bunch of tweets, and the trending topic #LadyMarmalade on Twitter, Iggy Azalea felt the need to respond, and she said the song should be left alone, and she has nothing to do with Rita’s ideas. OUCH!
“Please leave me out of the whole Lady Marmalade conversation. I have nothing to do with ritas ideas & agree it should be left alone. Thanks” she stated via Twitter.
